Shipping policy
At Kube Boxes we want you to be happy with your purchase and have it arrive safely and securely to your door. We use specialised courier companies for all our Kube deliveries across Australia.
We do not currently ship Internationally but please do not hesitate to contact us via email at melissa@kubeboxes.com.au for a quote or any further information.
All Kube Boxes items are handmade using high quality materials and always leave our premises in perfect condition. We double and triple check all items before they are packaged for shipping. We use high quality and strong packaging products and materials. If in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send the item back within the 7 day period to be entitled to a replacement item. We do not cover any costs for returned items however a new item will be made and shipped to the original delivery address promptly.
Please make sure you open your Kube Boxes item as soon as it’s delivered. Any items damaged in transit will only be accepted within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.
Please retain all original packaging boxes etc and be sure to take photographs and send to us via email ASAP.
